These terms describe purchases and custom printing services offered by Summit 3D Creations through summit3dcreations.com. Please review the product information and applicable order terms before placing an order.

Orders and customer information
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and review your order details carefully.
If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can determine whether a correction is still possible.
For ready-to-ship purchases, review the price, payment requirements, and delivery information presented at checkout. The deposit arrangements below apply to custom projects quoted by Summit 3D Creations.
Custom project specifications and approval
Custom projects are manufactured, assembled, and delivered according to the final approved estimate, specifications, and rendering package.
Before production, we provide digital renderings, scale specifications, and a detailed price breakdown. Please review these materials carefully and confirm that they meet your requirements.
Production begins after final approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Changes, additions, or structural modifications requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised production timelines.
Custom project pricing and payment
The agreed project cost is shown in your final estimate or invoice.
A 50% deposit is required after pricing, specifications, and renderings are finalized and before physical manufacturing begins.
The remaining 50% balance, together with any applicable shipping, freight, or local delivery charges, is due upon completion and before shipment or final handover.
The deposit is generally non-refundable, subject to the pre-production cancellation exception in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Customer-provided files and permissions
If you submit a design, image, or digital file for printing, you must have the rights, licenses, or permissions needed for us to use it to complete your project.
Please do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights.
We may decline projects involving unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or unsafe manufacturing requests.
Production and delivery
Custom production timelines are estimates based on the current print queue, project complexity, assembly, and finishing requirements.
Technical issues or production adjustments may affect the estimated completion date. We will notify you of significant timeline changes.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide delay and cancellation options as required by law.
Contact us if an order arrives damaged, is missing, or appears incorrect. Include your order information and a description of the issue so we can review it and explain the next steps.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the complete terms for ready-to-ship purchases and custom projects.
Ready-to-ship purchases
You may cancel a ready-to-ship order for a full refund before it has been shipped or picked up.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Clearance items, B-stock or discounted display models, and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For ready-to-ship items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@summit3dcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional expense to you.
The reporting request and return exclusions do not limit applicable legal rights.
Custom projects
If you cancel before paying the 50% deposit, there is no financial obligation for the custom project.
After payment but before printing begins, a partial deposit refund may be offered at Summit 3D Creations’ discretion, less design, modeling, or material acquisition costs already incurred.
Once production begins, custom sales are generally final and change-of-mind returns and refunds are not available.
An exception applies for verifiable structural defects present upon delivery. Applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.
Small parts and product safety
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
Products may contain small components or develop small pieces if damaged or broken. Keep small parts away from young children and pets. Do not place products or components in the mouth.
Follow the warnings, age guidance, and intended use stated for each product. Inspect products for damage and discontinue use if pieces become loose or break off.
Handling and environmental care
3D printed products require appropriate handling and environmental care.
Excessive heat, direct sunlight, and outdoor weather exposure can cause warping or deterioration. Unless a product is explicitly designated and rated for outdoor use, protect it from these conditions.
Summit 3D Creations is not responsible for structural damage, warping, or degradation caused by improper handling or unsuitable environmental exposure, subject to applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the website, purchases, accounts, and customer communications.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits customer rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders and projects. The revision date above identifies the latest version.
Updates do not automatically change the agreed terms of an existing order or project.
